Apparently, 50 Shades of Grey has beaten Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows in the record for the most novels ever sold. I say, every Harry Potter fan who wants the Queen J.K. Rowling to claim the title again and hopefully forever, buy DH once again for ol’ time sake! 50 Shades of Grey can not win against one of the greatest books I have ever read. Screw 50 Shades of Grey, go by DH again! Who’s with me?!
I will be sharing and blogging about my journey of getting fit with you guys. Maybe some of you will be inspire or maybe some of you will inspire me.
Last year I started attending the gym regularly but I lost my motivation and stopped going but thanks to a good friend of mine, I have gotten my motivation back and have started attending the gym regularly again.
Which brings to a little helpful hint I would like to give. Having a gym buddy is a great way to stay motivated. Even when you don’t feel like going they are there to push you and vice versa. It makes going to the gym fun and it really helps having someone there to motivate, support and push you.
My gym buddy and I are currently on week five. We go four-five times a week. We do 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of strength training.
Starting weight: 140lbs
Lost a total of four pounds
Lost a total of three pounds
So far I have lost a total of 7lbs.
My goal weight is 120
I only have 13lbs to go. (:
